How to use Cerviron?

Administration of CERVIRON® significantly alleviates the symptoms of symptomatic, non-specific, non-infectious vaginitis, and its administration can be considered safe. CERVIRON® can be used as long-term supportive therapy, either as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other oral therapies with antibiotics, antifungals or antivirals. CERVIRON® supportive therapy may be prescribed for 10 or 15 consecutive days. While balancing the vaginal pH, CERVIRON® reduces vaginal inflammation and improves the vaginal discharge aspect after 3 months of therapy.

Cerviron can be used, in association with a specific medicinal treatment, in the treatment of symptoms of vaginal infections with:
  • Gardnerella vaginalis
  • Trichomonas vaginalis
  • Candida albicans
  • Fungal cells and filaments

How to use Cerviron?

An ovule is administered intravaginally, preferably in the evening, before bedtime or as prescribed. The use of ovules begins on the first day after menstruation. The duration of administration is 10 or 15 days a month or as directed by your doctor. Improvement may occur in the first month of treatment. It can be repeated for several months, until healing or to consolidate and maintain the favourable effects obtained.

The medical device is easy to handle and administer. Administration can be done in the comfort of home. The ovules are rapidly absorbed locally and do not flow. The active substances diffuse at the administration site and are not absorbed systemically.
Relief of symptoms may occur within the first month of treatment. In order to strengthen and maintain the obtained favourable effects, it is recommended that treatment be continued for several months.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
